Nikunj Jhaveri Chairman & Founder |
| Chairman and Founder of the Systems Plus Group of Companies, Nikunj allots equal importance to both corporate and social responsibilities. Nikunj founded the Systems Plus group in 1987. For more than 20 years Nikunj has guided the company through its growth. He is currently responsible for formulating business strategies and building / acquiring new business for the group. Nikunj also successfully served as the CIO for PepsiCo Asia Pacific (in an outsourced capacity) while running Systems Plus during the late 90s. This unique experience is what differentiates him from others, as he truly can think from both the client's side as well as the vendor's side simultaneously. Today, Nikunj continues to leverage this knowledge as he spends much of his time assisting firms in the US and Europe in formulating and executing their IT outsourcing strategy. His corporate responsibilities aside, he is actively involved in various charitable organizations such as VOICE, an NGO for the street children of Bombay, where he serves on the board of trustees. Nikunj holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. |

| Sapan Choksi is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Systems Plus. His business acumen is matched only by his ability to crunch numbers. Sapan Choksi joined Systems Plus Solutions in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer. While conducting his duties as CFO, he has played a critical role in helping the Business Consulting Group grow. Of late, Sapan has been actively working with Optimal Investment Services (a fund-of-hedge funds) in laying out and executing their IT and Operations strategy, specifically as it relates to management reporting, process streamlining, risk reporting and automation tools. Sapan has also been heavily involved with PepsiCo Europe in helping them refine, streamline and execute their IT Budgeting and Reporting process since 2004. Prior to Systems Plus Sapan has worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers' Financial Advisory Service group (New York), West LB in their Credit Group (New York) and Ethicon, a Johnson & Johnson company in their Corporate Finance group (New Jersey). Sapan was recently asked to take over the CEO position so that Nikunj (Founder and current Chairman) could get back into marketing & delivery of the Vendor Sourcing Strategy sub-practice (his passion) within the Business Consulting Group. Sapan holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Finance from New York University and an MBA in Finance/Management from New York University's Stern School of Business. |
